Why did Mexican customers need a commercial washing line?
The customer in Mexico runs a big local vegetable plant and grows a lot of green peppers. Previously, they employed a large number of workers to clean the jalapeños and then wholesale the clean peppers to restaurants, canteens, supermarkets, etc. But as pepper production grew, they wanted to replace manual cleaning with mechanical work in order to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs.
