The customer from Bolivia needed a vegetable cleaner washing machine to clean the grain, but the existing machine was not suitable for his raw material. So he started looking for a suitable machine online. When he saw our website, he contacted our salesperson to find out if our machine could clean small grains.

After talking with the customer, our sales manager, Hedy, realized that the customer’s raw material was about 3mm in length and that a normal model cleaning machine would not be able to meet the customer’s requirements. So after discussing with the factory engineer, they decided to customize a mesh belt for the customer with a 2mm diameter mesh to ensure the smooth transportation of the raw material. In addition, the customer wanted to add wheels to the cleaning machine so that he could move the machine easily, and our factory added the wheels for him for free.
