Why do you need a sugar cane peeler machine?

Structure and work process of the machine
Feeding stage: Press the on button. Sugar cane first enters into the conveying system through the inlet, the motor-driven conveyor belt or roller structure steadily advances single or multiple canes towards the peeling zone.
Peeling stage: high-speed rotating knives or scrapers begin to contact the surface of the sugarcane.
These knives are generally made of stainless steel with high hardness and wear resistance. The movement trajectory of the knives or scrapers is precisely designed to quickly peel off the outer skin of the sugarcane in an instant without damaging the inner flesh.
Adopting a ring-shaped and multi-layer staggered cutter head, the continuous rotation and friction force on the contact surface with sugarcane creates a shear-like effect to realize efficient peeling.
Discharge stage: The discharge process is usually smooth and organized, ensuring that the sugarcane leaves the machine unimpeded and ready for the next operation or packaging.
In addition, as for how to move the machine, we are equipped with foldable wheels for easy movement to clean up the peel waste.

How to clean the blades？
First, make sure the machine is completely powered off.
Wait for cooling: If the blade is hot (e.g. just finished peeling), wait for it to cool naturally to room temperature to prevent burns or deformation of the tool due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Clean the blades according to the unit’s instructions and, if necessary, properly lubricate the surrounding rotating parts.
Ensure that the blades and associated components are completely dry before reinstalling them back into the machine in the correct manner.
