As one of the best-selling juicer representatives, our screw juicer has been exported to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives and other countries. Correct and reasonable maintenance of a juicer can extend its service life, so how to maintain a commercial screw juicer machine?
Cleaning screw juicer machine parts
Power off and cool down: before performing any maintenance operations, be sure to cut off the power supply to ensure safety. If the machine has just been used, wait until it has completely cooled down before disassembling it to prevent burns.
Disassemble parts: according to the instructions of the screw juicer machine, gradually disassemble the detachable parts: auger, screen, juice spout, and pulp collector. Clean all removable parts with warm water and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners that may damage surfaces.
For screens that are difficult to clean, you can use a soft-bristled brush or a special cleaning brush to assist in cleaning and soak it in warm water if necessary. Make sure all parts are rinsed thoroughly and there are no detergent residues.
Dry or wipe dry
Dry all parts with a clean cloth or let them dry naturally to avoid water damage that can lead to rust. Then reassemble the parts.
Inspection and replacement: Check all parts for wear, damage, or corrosion. If necessary, replace seriously worn parts, such as screens or sealing rings.
Regular maintenance
In addition to routine cleaning after each use, it is recommended to perform deep cleaning and inspection at regular intervals, especially for commercial use juicers, which may require more frequent maintenance.
