The drum rotates under the drive of the motor. After the fruit and vegetable raw materials enter the drum, the rotation of the drum makes the materials continuously turn over. Due to the inclination of the drum, the material moves slowly from high to low under the action of gravity. At this time, materials with different diameters fall from the holes with different apertures on the drum, thus achieving the purpose of grading. The capacity of the roller potato grading machine is 2000-3000kg/h.

Roller bar fruit sorting machine

When the roller bar grading machine works, the material is driven forward by the roller bar. In the process of moving forward, the spacing between the roller bars increases gradually, and the material falls into the set dividing hopper in order according to its different sizes from small to large, the whole process will achieve the purpose of sorting and sizing.
